Understanding annual and monthly fees
The annual fee cannot be partially refunded for part years of use and must be paid up front.The per-month fee covers our costs in relation to the Payment Gateway that we re-sell.
Do you support eWay, SecurePay, Stripe….. or any other type of payment gateway?
We can add these as paid engagement, currently we don’t support them out of the box.
We have an excellent relationship with our existing payment gateway partners and they provide excellent support. Our product has been used with these payment gateways by many customers and we know that it works and is scalable.
The effort to change payment gateway is quite minimal in comparison to the cost of adding your specific needs.
If I calculate out the price of the per transaction fee by the number of transactions a year then I get $nnn.
Yes, that is correct.
We bundle the payment gateway in as part of our product. This is at normal market rates. If you did not choose our product, then you would still need a payment gateway and you would pay these same fees with another provider.
You should focus more on the annual license fee and the add-on costs. We feel these are extremely good value, given that you can run your core business processes on these. In addition, these are organisation-wide prices and not per user licensing.
Per transaction pricing: These fees do subsidise the product annual license costs. This pricing model sets up a win-win situation. We want you to receive as many payments/donations as possible so that it helps fund future development. At the same time, this means you must be receiving more payments. We feel that this model of use building functionality features to help you get more payments/donations benefits your organisation.

Merchant Facilities FAQ
I already have a merchant facility with another provider, do I need to get a new one?
Yes. Each payment gateway requires their own dedicated Merchant Facility.
We already have a Payment Express Merchant Facility, can I use that?
Yes. You should be able to use this, but we may need some changes at the Payment Express end. Please let us know and we will check. Please also be aware that the annual fees are higher for existing Payment Express Customers, but the monthly/per transactions fee may/may not apply.
Does your solution work in my country?
Our solution is supported in all countries where the Payment Express payment gateway is available. Please check Payment Express Website – Connectivity Information.
Do I need to contact Payment Express?
NO! We resell and include Payment Express gateway as part of our solution and we can therefore manage all aspects that you would need. Should you end up going directly to Payment Express then the annual fees for our solution are at a much higher rate and you wont be able to benefit from our bulk buy rates.
I don’t see my bank as a supported Payment Express bank, does that mean I need to switch banks?
No. Please speak with us as there are often other solutions we can use that don’t require you switching banks.
