The Import Files process included in Payments2Us is a powerful feature that allows organisations to simply and quickly import payment or fundraising data from other systems you may be using. Very easy to use the Import Files Wizard and the pre-defined templates simplify the user’s task significantly and saves time.

A 3-Step process

Step 1 – Import
Upload files from a CSV file.
The inbuilt templates will automatically match CSV headers with data fields or you can select your own field mapping.
Import can handle up to 40,000 rows of data at time.
Step 2 – Check
Review the imported file in the holding tables. Check for any errors and correct if required.
Step 3 – Process
Process the imported files to create the payment transactions and history in Salesforce.
