Eleven ways to help us help you!

We pride ourselves on being able to provide great back-up and support to our clients. We understand that having your systems and processes running smoothly is vital to your operations so when things don’t go to plan, don’t panic!

Here’s our help action plan:

  1. Processes
    Check your own processes first. Has a step been skipped or is some data missing? Think about what has gone wrong. Most computer problems usually have a simple answer.
  2. Salesforce Administrator
    Ask your Salesforce Administrator in your organisation for help. They have the extra knowledge about Salesforce and Payments2Us to help get you going.
  3. Salesforce Help Centre
    Is it a Salesforce issue? Salesforce have a very well supported help centre. Use their sophisticated search feature to find out if your problem can be resolved here.
  4. Payments2Us Online Manual
    Have you looked in our Online Manual? Each procedure has been written out with clear illustrations to step you through many features of our application. We’ve even linked our procedures to the Tabs in Payment2Us so you can find your answer quickly.Our manual are indexed by search engines, so you can google your question by including the word Payments2Us.  E.g. “Payments2Us Receipt Header”
  5. Online Videos
    Watch our online videos featuring Jeff Challis (our Principle Director) talking through some of the more common features of Payment2Us and how to set them up properly. Check that your system is working as it should.
  6. Email
    Sometimes an error or problem is more complex and you may need our assistance. Send us an email with a clear description of what is concerning you. A screenshot is also very helpful. Be patient as we do have busy periods but we do promise to get back to you within two days.
  7. Success Community
    Collaborate, Connect and Share with other Salesforce CRM customers.  Access best practice resources and more at Success Community
  8. Community Hub 
    If you are a Not-for-profit organisation, you can ask questions of other Salesforce NFP’s by selecting the “Community Hub” App from within Salesforce.  In Classic this is from the picklist of Apps options (top right) or in lightning from the nine dots (top left)

  1. Trailhead Training Modules
    Salesforce offers well-paced online training known as Trailhead which we thoroughly recommend for anyone using Payments2Us. It is easy to follow with a short test to make sure you’ve understood the concepts. It’s also written in a fun style using trails, modules and projects to suit your requirements. Each module has the amount of time it should take to complete so you can schedule it into your day.
  2. Extra Training
    Consider investing in some extra training from us to specifically help you in your organisation’s Payment2US set-up. This can really help you engage and build on what you already have. We’re happy to tailor the training to work on specific needs of your organisation.
